RESIDENTS OF MAUI, HAWAII:

If you would like to participate in the clinical trials and live on Maui, please contact South Shore Veterinary Hospital at 808-874-3422.

IF YOU LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE:

If you do not live on Maui and would like to participate in the trials by using the supplement under the supervision of your local veterinarian, please apply to participate in our veterinary cooperative program.

UPDATE:  As of 4/30/2009 – we have a waiting list for the veterinary cooperative program because of a shortage of funds, if you would like to donate to keep the vet co-op program running so we can provide free supplies of the supplement, please visit this link
